The Texas Hospital Association has updated and revised its implementation kit originally produced in 1999. The kit includes “how-to” tools to help Texas Medicare- and Medicaid participating facilities – such as hospitals, nursing homes, hospices and home health agencies – comply with state requirements, as well as the federal Patient Self-Determination Act.
